Shipping Details

We process orders Monday-Friday
all orders are posted within 2 days of the full payment being cleared.
once you order has been posted you will receive you item(s) within 1-2 business days (next day in NSW,VIC) Deliveries To SA,WA,QLD,NT,TAS may take up to 2 business days.

Postage and handling

Once your order has been posted you will be provided with an Australian Post tracking number to enable you to contact Australia post and located your parcel. you can also track your parcel on https://auspost.com.au
If you do not receive your order and Australia post had deemed your parcel as lost or not found. we are Not Responsible for this.
We accept no responsibility for parcels accepted on your behalf, which has then not been released to you.
If you have not received your order within 2 business days please contact me on
theluxelashboutique@gmail.com and we will follow up with Australia  post & you will receive a response within 24hrs.

We offer FREE express shipping on all AUSTRALIAN orders over $100.00
(1-2 business days)

Flat rate EXPRESS shipping is $9.00 within Australia.
(1-2 business days)

Flat rate STANDARD SHIPPING (NOT TRACKED) is $4.00 within Australia.
(5-10 business days)

Flat rate PARCEL POST (TRACKED) is $8.50 within Australia.
(3-5 business days)

All EXPRESS orders have tracking details and will be sent to you VIA email.

International Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on international orders over $125.00
for orders under $125 we charge a flat rate shipping of $25.00


International Standard Shipping $25.00

All international orders have tracking available.

New Zealand 

We offer free shipping on orders to New Zealand over $100.00
for orders under $100 we charge a flat rate shipping of $15.00
